It’s no secret that sometimes a student pilot can get lined up with a poor flight instructor. Do you only get one shot at this process, and you don’t want to risk the process by trying to be too nice to that flight instructor sitting next to you.

The truth is that you are the boss. You get to hire and fire your flight instructor. It’s your hard-earned money and time that you were putting into this process, so you may as well get the right flight instructor.

You wouldn’t want to risk the success of this dream that you were going toward becoming a pilot I simply not speaking up that you need to change your flight instructor. Your flight lessons will be so much better with a quality instructor, and the process of learning to fly will be enjoyable and fun.

So if you need to make a change in your flight instructor, two more successfully go through your flight training, then make the change early. Besides, this is your dream to become a pilot.

When you’re a student pilot, you don’t really know better what to expect from your flight training. Aviation is a new and different world and it takes a bit of time to learn how things work.
